- Prepare weekly performance and KPI reports and maintain performance dashboards.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management reporting needs.
- Handle capacity planning and scheduling for processes.
- Support key strategic projects involving data mining and analytics.
- Optimize the use of tools and technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Desired Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to spot, correct and highlight errors.
- Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes.
- Skill to automate reports (preferred).
- Readiness to work in a dynamic 24x7 environment.
