Role: Client Success Analyst

Product: Municipals

In this position you will support a large client base by providing onboarding assistance and ongoing support for the Municipal Bookrunning application used during the new issuance process.

  • Municipals is a comprehensive platform used by investment banks to manage various aspects of new issuance, including deal creation, order and allotment tracking, trading, regulatory reporting, pricing, and analytics.

Client Success Analysts contribute to the success of these applications by managing day to day client interactions and ensuring effective product usage.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct point of contact for sell-side banks across client service and application support.
  • Monitor inbound client requests through the case management email system and telephony hotlines, resolving deal and support queries in a timely manner.
  • Proactively track live transactions to ensure smooth application performance and user success.
  • Assist clients with deal management, service interruptions, production issues, user training, and general platform usage.
  • Host client meetings to support training sessions, product demonstrations, and transactional assistance.
  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reporting deliverables accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with internal Product Specialists to share client feedback and stay informed about product roadmaps.
  • Work with Professional Services teams during client onboarding to ensure appropriate training, user access, and production environment testing.
  • Compile daily operational reports to communicate business health indicators such as volume and risk exposure.
  • Support usage audits to identify opportunities and encourage greater product adoption.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with internet based applications.
  • Interest in capital markets and financial markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of management and clients.
  • Good interpersonal abilities that support productive dialogue and trusted relationships.
  • Effective organization and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.
