About the Program
The Cisco Apprenticeship Program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and explore career opportunities in a global technology leader. This 12-month program aligns with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and is ideal for candidates looking to launch their career in a dynamic, tech-driven corporate environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, apprentices may take on responsibilities in the following roles:
Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee
- Assist in data analysis and data crunching tasks
- Support process implementation and execution of NYR activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders for account creation processes
- Assist with communication and execution of new programs and projects
Finance Analyst – Trainee
- Learn to document business requirements and standard operating procedures
- Understand corporate bookkeeping through guided activities
- Operate data analytics tools used in enterprise environments
- Conduct data gathering for analysis and reporting
- Present insights in an organized, business-focused manner
- Support business decision-making with relevant metrics and analysis
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a 3-year non-engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.)
- Must have graduated in 2024 and possess a Provisional Degree Certificate
- Must be available to start in August 2025 for a 12-month term
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit
- Mandatory enrollment on NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) with a valid student enrolment number

Important Notes
- This is a non-engineering, non-technical apprenticeship role
- Duration is fixed at 12 months and cannot be extended or converted to full-time employment directly
- Only registered students on the NATS portal are eligible to apply
