Job Description

Purpose of the role

The role supports the bank’s decision making by delivering timely, accurate, and meaningful information through management reports, dashboards, and data visualisations. The position focuses on presenting key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and trends across business units to support operational and strategic planning.

Accountabilities

• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using effective data visualisation practices to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Create and implement automated reporting processes and visualisation methods to improve efficiency and timeliness.
• Analyse business requirements to define the structure, content, and format of reports.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting assets as business requirements evolve, including coordination of reporting template releases and related administrative work.
• Develop reliable processes and controls for collecting input data, conducting exploratory data analysis, and performing data cleansing before approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that reporting and visualisations incorporate the most current and accurate data.
