Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing software using modern engineering approaches. The goal is to deliver technology capabilities that support business platforms and services used by customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and development tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, design solution strategies, and integrate systems in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and encourage knowledge sharing and strong coding standards.
• Keep up with emerging technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities that support technical growth and innovation.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive information, and maintain secure systems.
• Apply effective unit testing practices to improve code design, readability, and reliability.
