Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution activities.

Accountabilities

• Assist different business areas with operational activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to operational processes.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to reduce risks and maintain efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to support the adoption of best practices in banking operations.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
