Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution activities.
Accountabilities
- Assist different business areas with operational activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to operational processes.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to reduce risks and maintain efficiency.
- Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to support the adoption of best practices in banking operations.
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Provide specialist advice and support to meet stakeholder and customer needs.
- Complete assigned activities on time and to a high standard.
- Manage responsibility for specific processes within a team environment.
- Support or supervise team activities, allocate work requirements, and coordinate resources where applicable.

- Use prior experience and judgement to evaluate options in situations not fully covered by procedures.
- Communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers to identify and address their requirements.
