Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role supports senior executives by helping them address complex challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve strategic objectives. The position contributes to effective coordination across teams and ensures business activities align with organisational goals.

Accountabilities

• Work with business teams and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between multiple business units and functions to improve communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management activities to enhance business processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying improvement areas, streamlining processes, and introducing best practices to increase productivity.
• Prepare performance reporting for key metrics supporting divisional strategy and external commitments.
• Assist with aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance against targets.
• Support business heads alongside HR in hiring processes, workforce planning, and joiner, mover, and leaver activities.

• Make judgements based on experience and assess options in situations not fully covered by procedures.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information where required in support of operational activities.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers to identify and address requirements.
