Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role works closely with product owners and technical teams involved in the product development lifecycle. The objective is to apply knowledge of the bank’s technology landscape to help implement the vision outlined in the product roadmap.

Accountabilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and technical teams during product development.
• Assist with the execution of product strategy and vision defined in the roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and development teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.
• Support the creation and implementation of assessments that enable continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation that meet the bank’s performance standards.
• Stay informed about emerging industry technologies and trends, evaluating approaches that enhance product delivery and development.
