Job Description

Purpose of the role

The position supports business areas through daily operational activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

• Assist business units with daily activities such as processing transactions, reviewing data, reporting, trade support, and resolving operational issues.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to operational workflows.
• Develop and implement procedures and operational controls to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate insights to senior internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and adopt best practices in banking operations.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
