Job Locations
Positions are available PAN India. Candidates must be willing to relocate to any Cognizant office location as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
- Prepare and execute test cases, both manual and automated.
- Analyze and resolve service tickets following standard operating procedures.
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
- Maintain and administer computing environments and monitor production servers.
- Handle incident management and provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvement.

- Client-focused with the ability to work with diverse teams globally.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and relocate anywhere in India.
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in shifts from office locations.
Eligibility Criteria
- For IT & Integrated Smart Operations: 2026 batch BCA, BSc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics) with minimum 60% in academics (no rounding off).
- For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services: 2026 batch of any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% in academics (no rounding off).
- Consistent academic record with no standing arrears.
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.
