About the Role
Cognizant is hiring fresh engineering graduates for its GenC program. Selected candidates will work on developing, testing, and deploying software solutions based on business requirements in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare documentation.
- Develop, maintain, debug, and deploy code as per specifications.
- Create and execute test scenarios based on data requirements.
- Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Design low-level components and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members in technical discussions to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuously upgrade skills to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation batches: 2024 & 2025.
- Degrees: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (excluding streams like Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.).
- Minimum 60% aggregate in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG without rounding off.
- No standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office in assigned shifts and technologies.
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
Mandatory Documents
For Registration:
- Resume with latest passport-size photograph.
- Industry-accredited certificates, if available.
For Interview:
- All academic documents including college ID, marksheets, and degree certificates.
For Onboarding:
- PAN card with accurate details.
- Voter ID or Passport for citizenship verification.
