In this track, trainees work with databases, testing processes, and service management tools. The role involves supporting application and service operations while contributing to data analysis and system improvements.

• Write database queries, perform CRUD operations, and develop stored procedures based on low-level designs.
• Define relationships between tables and retrieve data from databases using queries.
• Prepare test cases, scripts, and datasets, then execute manual or automated tests.
• Investigate root causes and resolve service tickets following standard operating procedures.
• Use IT Service Management and data analytics tools to support operational tasks.
• Participate in innovation initiatives and experiment with new approaches in projects.

Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

This role focuses on supporting and administering computing environments, monitoring production servers, and handling incident management tasks across enterprise infrastructure.

• Maintain and administer computing environments while monitoring server health and performance.
• Provide operational support across Windows, network, database, storage, messaging, collaboration, and cloud platforms.
• Execute activities based on standard operating procedures and runbooks with awareness of business impact.
• Follow security, compliance, and communication guidelines defined by clients and internal processes.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
• Assist new hires by acting as a buddy and supporting onboarding within the team.

Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

This track focuses on end user technical support and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems used by clients. Associates help resolve issues related to hardware, software, and workplace technology.

• Provide first line technical assistance to users and respond to IT related queries.
• Log, track, and manage support tickets with accurate documentation until resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to support efficient issue resolution.

Work Environment
