Key Responsibilities

• Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
• Prepare and execute test cases and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Analyze and resolve service tickets following standard operating procedures.
• Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor production servers, manage incidents, and support cloud, network, and database environments.
• Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for clients.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and customer communication guidelines.
• Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
• 3-year undergraduate degree in BCA, BSc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics) or other eligible streams depending on domain.
• Minimum 60% in academics for IT & Integrated Smart Operations; minimum 50% for Multicloud and Digital Workplace Services.
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and relocate to any Cognizant office in India.
