The AiDa Product team, part of the CFR Global Data Science CoE, delivers AI/ML solutions to support critical decisions across the organization.
Role Overview
As an Analyst - Data Science, you will collaborate with top talent in AI/ML product management, decision science, and technology to solve real-world problems. You will work on defining product strategies, managing backlogs, and delivering innovative AI/ML solutions that impact millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate AI product strategies and roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business needs and AI adoption trends.
- Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, competitive analysis, planning, and development.
- Translate product roadmaps into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deploy AI/ML products.
- Deliver technical training on AI, Cloud, Hive, and Spark for various skill levels.
- Create proof-of-concepts for innovative AI/ML products with scalability potential.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical expertise in AI/ML, Python, SQL, data analytics, and visualization.
- Understanding of ML model development lifecycle and algorithms.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Vertex AI, Hadoop, and PySpark.
- Knowledge of big data tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jupyter, Airflow, Rally, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Mathematics from reputed institutions.
