Within GMNS, the Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) group focuses on delivering a premium merchant member experience that encourages merchants not only to accept American Express but also recommend it to their customers.
The GMNS Risk Reporting & Analytics team drives risk-based decision making and strengthens the control environment through reporting, data analysis, and analytics.
As an Apprentice, you will assist the team in building reporting solutions, conducting data analysis, and generating insights related to operational risk and compliance. The position offers hands-on exposure to risk analytics, reporting automation, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
