Job Description

Support the LOBCO compliance team in operational, monitoring, and coordination activities within Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR).

Responsibilities

• Assist with CFR model review records and documentation management, including coordination with internal stakeholders to track implementation progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve working methods for maintaining CFR compliance model review records and stakeholder engagement.
• Support ongoing CFR model oversight using data, performance indicators, and risk metrics.
• Assist in the design and implementation of model assurance activities to maintain regulatory compliance and identify framework enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct thematic and trend analysis across CFR activities, data outputs, compliance insights, and challenge feedback to identify cross-market risks.
• Support the design and implementation of disparate impact analysis for data used in Machine Learning models.
• Help prepare LOBCO team reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership, along with other ad-hoc support tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or currently pursuing an undergraduate or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in compliance or legal functions will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI and ML tools and working with data analysis.
