Apprenticeship in Digital CoE for ERP
Airbus India has opened an apprenticeship opportunity within the Digital department in Bangalore. The role is part of the ERP Center of Excellence team and offers exposure to digital systems used across the organization.
This program is planned for approximately 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date. Apprentices will work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical experience in ERP technologies and digital applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of digital ERP applications including SAP and non SAP systems.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and help configure SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, and Sales to align with operational needs.
- Provide technical assistance in areas such as ABAP or Basis, including backend coding, troubleshooting, and system performance support.
- Work on scripts, automation utilities, or data processing related tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well documented code.
- Continuously learn and apply modern technologies and development practices.
- Maintain and update system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
Learning Outcomes

- Hands on experience with ERP related development and configuration tasks.

Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of supply chain management concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise systems.
- Programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Understanding of data structures, object oriented programming, and file handling.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web services.
