Accenture is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Network & Services Operation Associates in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to work in a dynamic IT operations environment.

You will be responsible for handling customer service operations, workforce scheduling, and ticket resolution, while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Log, manage, and resolve customer/vendor problems, requests, and issues in ticketing tools with appropriate documentation
• Dispatch metro-based field technicians and maintain dispatch database
• Perform root cause analysis of operational problems and follow defined procedures for resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain accurate site access and portal rosters
• Document troubleshooting efforts and update data capture tools as necessary
• Support preparation and presentation of client reports
• Notify and escalate incidents to ensure timely management intervention
• Maintain client knowledge bases and update service desk procedures regularly
• Provide coaching to peers based on knowledge database updates and operational learnings
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, accurate issue resolution, and proactive communication
• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
