ZS Pune Hiring Finance Associate, Client Accounting | Invoicing

This role is an invoicing role within the Enterprise finance team. The Finance Associate will manage client invoicing, purchase orders, billing compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Client Accounting and Finance Business Partnership teams to support project teams in managing project (client) invoicing.
• Engage with project teams, colleagues and clients to identify and resolve project invoicing issues.
• Support in-flight client projects by providing reporting, tracking client POs and ensuring invoicing complies with ZS and client policies.
• Engage effectively with resources at all levels within ZS and at client organisations, as appropriate.
• Create and send invoices to clients, and manage client POs.
• Ensure project financial transactions (billing, collection, time and expenses) are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with engagement startup (project setup) and shutdown activities, such as preparing the final bill to the client.
• Receive, interpret and process billing instructions, following up with project teams for clarification as needed.
• Send invoices to clients through multiple channels (email, online, postal mail) as the client requires.
• Receive client POs and communicate with project teams to assign them to projects.
• Maintain an electronic archive of all invoices and a log of invoice details.
