Job Description:

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be part of the product development team, working on data-driven applications. You will contribute to building scalable and secure software solutions that address real-world business problems for Zeotap’s global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver production-quality code adhering to best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Collaborate with the team to research and implement cutting-edge technologies to solve business challenges.
• Contribute to the development of modules for data-driven applications.
• Create internal knowledge-based articles to document solutions and best practices.
• Adhere to Zeotap’s privacy and information security policies and complete assigned training on time.

Requirements:

• Availability for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming with one of the following: Java, Scala, GoLang, or Python.
• Good SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science or IT with strong academic performance.
• Experience handling terabyte-sized datasets.
• Understanding of transactional and high-scale systems.
• Coursework or experience in Big Data and NoSQL technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
