Job Description
- Monthly Closing & Reporting: Carry out daily, monthly, and quarterly GL accounting activities, keeping R2R (Record to Report) delivery timely and accurate.
- Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and review standard and complex journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Balance Sheet Integrity: Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis to spot discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Find bottlenecks, build action plans to reduce risks, and improve process efficiency (for example, using SAP or BlackLine).
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and maintaining compliance with company regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and FP&A teams to keep financial operations running smoothly.
