In this role, you will:

• Take on a variety of assignments to build key skills and understand how the organization works
• Attend classroom training, self-study, workshops, networking sessions and other events
• Support or take part in low complexity initiatives within your functional area
• Handle basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures with quickly available answers, tied to low risk tasks and narrower impact
• Work under supervisor direction, using judgment within defined limits while learning the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
• Share information with managers, colleagues and stakeholders, including internal or external customers where relevant

Job Expectations:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior professionals and key stakeholders
• Ability to use AI platforms (such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Agentspace) for routine tasks like summarizing information, drafting content and analyzing data, with human oversight
• Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights and make sound business decisions
• Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy and compliance when using AI solutions
• Commitment to upskilling and keeping up with emerging technologies
• Strong time management and attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
• Strong logical and analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem solving
• Results driven and accountable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
