About NATS Apprenticeship Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a structured program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for a one year apprenticeship. Participants gain practical exposure and develop professional skills while working across company functions under Financial Services. The program is designed to help build future talent through hands on industry training.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates with a BE or B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Candidates should have basic understanding of software development and programming.

- UX or frontend development
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of Python programming
- Exposure to data science concepts
- Understanding of ECUs or embedded software
