Role Overview

As a Graduate Apprentice, you will support engineering design and development activities. You will gain hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D modelling, engineering drawings, and product development, and learn to apply industry standards and engineering practices alongside experienced engineering teams.

Key Skills and Technical Competencies

• Strong fundamentals in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software such as Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Understanding of 2D engineering drawings, 3D modelling, and design concepts.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawing standards, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, or programming is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

As per the applicable National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) guidelines.
