What You Will Do
- Visit construction sites and interact with contractors and customers
- Gather information about ongoing and upcoming projects
- Develop relationships with customers and industry contacts
- Collect and evaluate field data to identify potential business opportunities
- Learn equipment applications and assist with technical solution selling
- Work alongside the sales team to support business growth
What We Are Looking For
- BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Strong technical fundamentals
- Interest in field work and interacting with customers
- Ability to collect and interpret operational or project data
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ready to travel frequently as part of the role
