Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative UX Design Analyst to join our team in Delhi CEC. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design intuitive, user-focused digital experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Educate stakeholders on design processes and advocate for user-centered design principles.
- Plan and deliver projects within deadlines, collaborating across time zones and teams.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles and co-create workflows with stakeholders.
- Defend design decisions with clear rationale and evidence.
- Conduct thorough UI testing, documenting and following up on bugs and changes.
- Collaborate with Visual Design, Functional, and Development teams for seamless handovers.
- Apply agile methodologies to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Requirements
- Strong passion for both technology and aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals including form, color, balance, and harmony.
- Proficiency in design processes and deliverables such as system maps, wireframes, style guides, and visual assets.
- Knowledge of latest UX/UI design patterns across web, iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
- Expertise in information architecture and taxonomy design.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and devise intuitive solutions.
- Experience in cross-device and cross-platform design considerations.
- Familiarity with user research, validation, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Zeplin, and Principle.
Education
Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
