The Team
The Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) is responsible for developing products and platforms for Deloitte India, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through design thinking and cutting-edge technology. This diverse team comprises subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers and designers, data scientists, and product managers.
Your Work Profile
As an Executive in our DEC Team, you will build and foster positive working relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on software implementation, application support, and fundamental web application development for client-facing systems.
- Understanding client business requirements and translating them into product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions.
- Applying principles of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving to troubleshoot and optimize application behavior.
- Developing, customizing, and supporting features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Working with web technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI to support modern web applications (exposure preferred).
- Integrating systems using REST APIs and managing data flow across RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Assisting in deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Troubleshooting implementation and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to clients.
- Supporting client onboarding, training, and system integrations in a client-facing technical role.
- Following security and data protection best practices when handling application data and configurations.
