Your Work Profile
This role involves monitoring operational dashboards, managing alerts and incidents, following standard operating procedures, and supporting SLA-based service delivery in a 24x7 support setup.
- Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools.
- Track, log, and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests.
- Follow defined SOPs and escalation processes to support timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams for incident resolution and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and status updates.
- Prepare and share operational reports when required.
- Support shift handovers to maintain operational continuity.
- Escalate critical issues according to defined procedures.
- Provide 24x7 operational support through rotational shifts from office.
Key Skills Required
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift and work-from-office environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO, Service Desk, Monitoring, or Operations Support are eligible.
