Key Responsibilities

• Build familiarity with client project management principles, processes, and standard practices.
• With guidance, assist in performing core project management activities.
• Support needs assessment and participate in early project scoping and planning.
• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling tasks.
• Help coordinate team member selection and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
• Contribute to identifying and managing project risks.
• Prepare documentation, including communication materials and presentation packages.
• Participate in post project reviews and evaluation activities.
• Apply industry standards and internal project management guidelines during project execution.
