About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and talented Software Engineers who are recent graduates and passionate about building meaningful software solutions. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on complex projects and gain hands-on experience in full software development cycles. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various software components.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to gather requirements and deliver scalable features.
- Debugging and Testing: Participate in testing and debugging of applications to ensure robustness, security, and high performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends by participating in code reviews, attending internal trainings, and exploring new technologies.
- Documentation: Help develop and maintain technical documentation for existing and new software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, and software design
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript
- Conceptual understanding of front-end/back-end development and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in software development
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Exposure to agile development methodologies
- Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and cloud services
- High sense of ownership and accountability
