Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across different software systems and applications.
- Collaborate: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into scalable software.
- Debug and Test: Perform thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure quality, performance, and stability of applications.
- Learn and Grow: Stay current with evolving technologies through continuous learning, code reviews, and internal workshops.
- Document: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support software lifecycle and product understanding.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in computer science concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of Front-End/Back-End architecture and microservices
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience in software development
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), IDEs, and Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, databases, and cloud-based services
- High sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
