Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze data using MS Excel to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for various projects.
• Develop data-driven insights to enhance business strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share findings.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and analyses.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members to align on project goals.
• Automate repetitive tasks in MS Excel to improve efficiency.
• Document processes and procedures for data management.
• Suggest improvements to existing data processes.
• Work closely with supervisors to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
