Job Description

General Customer Service covers post-sale technical and non-technical support for business and end-consumer customers across several sub-families:

• Remote Customer Service: Phone, online chat, or text support, including call center-based support for high volumes of low complexity inquiries, and analysis and resolution of lower volume, higher complexity issues (typically in an office environment).
• Distribution Center Customer Service: Work in a distribution center, product returns or repair center, or walk-in service facility, including liaising between customers, production and distribution teams on specific orders, and providing technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.

Incumbents in this specialization are not compensated based on sales target achievement.

This level requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, gained through work experience, and may require vocational or basic technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision. You can solve routine issues independently and occasionally suggest changes to standard procedures.
