Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend services.
• Assist in developing and improving automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with developers during feature design and implementation.
• Investigate test failures and production defects through root cause analysis.
• Ensure sufficient test coverage for both new and existing features.
• Take part in code reviews and quality discussions.
• Identify edge cases and contribute to improving system stability and reliability.

Skills and Experience

• Strong programming ability in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and basic data structures.
• Experience with at least one UI automation tool such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Exposure to API testing tools such as RestAssured, PyTest, or Postman.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
• Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
