TCS MBA HR Off Campus Hiring – Batch of 2024 and 2025

Tata Consultancy Services invites MBA HR graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches to begin their management careers in the HR Talent Acquisition Group. The program focuses on identifying and engaging talented individuals who can contribute to the organization’s growth and future workforce needs.

As part of the Talent Acquisition function, selected candidates will support strategic workforce planning, talent identification, candidate engagement, and hiring activities. The role involves helping the organization discover and recruit high‑potential professionals who can drive business transformation.

Application Process

1. Log in to the TCS NextStep portal and register for the drive.
2. If you are an existing user in the IT category, sign in using your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and select Apply for Drive. Complete the application form after applying.
3. If you are a new user, click Register Now, choose the category as IT, enter your details, and apply for the drive. After applying, complete the application form.
4. Select your test mode (in‑centre), choose a preferred test centre, and confirm your application.
5. Check the Track your application section to ensure the status shows Applied for Drive.

Important Information

• Test schedule and venue details will be shared on the registered email ID.
• Candidates must present all original academic documents during the interview stage if shortlisted after the test.
• TCS does not send hiring communication from unofficial email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, Rediffmail, or Hotmail.
• The company does not charge any fee or ask for money at any stage of the recruitment process.
