About TCS Atlas Hiring – Batch of 2026
TCS Atlas Hiring is a flagship recruitment program aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders in Data Science, Analytics, and Business Consulting. The initiative is open exclusively to candidates graduating in 2026 with advanced degrees such as M.Sc. (Mathematics, Statistics) or M.A. (Economics). Selected candidates will become part of a dynamic team working on transformative projects that shape the future of technology and business.
Application Process
- Log on to the TCS NextStep Portal.
- Register and apply for the drive:
- Existing Users: Log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT number), complete the application form, and click 'Apply for Drive'.
- New Users: Click 'Register Now', select the category as 'IT', fill in your details, submit the form, and then click 'Apply for Drive'.
- Select your preferred test mode (In-Centre) and location, then confirm your application.
- Track your application status to ensure it reflects as 'Applied For Drive'.
Important Information
- The test will be conducted in physical test centers, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Original academic documents must be presented at the time of the interview, if shortlisted.
- All communication regarding the test will be sent via TCS iON.
- TCS does not request any form of payment during the recruitment process.
- Beware of fraudulent job offers from unofficial email domains.
- Eligibility will be verified at multiple stages of the selection process; discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
