TCS MBA Hiring - Batch of 2026
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications from MBA graduates of the batch of 2026 for an exciting opportunity to join its dynamic business teams. This program is designed for management postgraduates from select specializations who are eager to contribute to business transformation in the IT services sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM program from a recognized university or college.
- Specializations accepted: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related fields.
- Graduation year: 2026.
Application Process
- Login to the TCS NextStep Portal.
- Register and apply for the drive:
Scenario A: Existing registered users in the 'IT' category can log in with their TCS Reference ID and apply.
Scenario B: New users must register under the 'IT' category, fill in their details, and apply. - Select the mode of test (In-Centre), choose a preferred test centre, and submit.
- Track application status to ensure it shows "Applied for Drive".
Important Notes
- This is an in-centre test; allocation is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Original academic documents must be presented during the interview if shortlisted.
- Communication regarding the test will be sent via TCS iON.
- TCS will never request payment for employment offers.
- Beware of fraudulent job offers from unofficial email IDs.
- Eligibility will be verified at multiple stages; discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
