About the Role
S&P Global is seeking fresh graduates to join its Graduate Program within the Technology and Customer Applications team. This program offers an 18-month rotational experience across various technology domains, designed to provide hands-on exposure, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
About the Graduate (IMPACT) Program
The IMPACT program (Innovative Mentoring and Professional Acceleration in Commodities) is tailored for recent graduates passionate about solving real-world challenges using cutting-edge technology. Participants will undertake three six-month rotations across areas such as Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, Agile Project Management, and Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions and core products.
- Transform change requests into technical designs and implementations.
- Ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction in delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate external solutions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Graduation Year: 2026).
- Strong communication and time management skills.

- Familiarity with database concepts and software development practices like unit testing and code reviews.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24x5 rotational shift as per business needs.
