About the Role
Cisco is seeking motivated graduates to join as Software Automation Trainee - Technical Graduate Apprentice in Bangalore, India. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experts in AI, networking, and cybersecurity, contributing to projects that enhance data center efficiency, build intelligent security systems, and optimize network performance using machine learning.
Your Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in programming, automation, and networking fundamentals using Python, REST APIs, and Cisco technologies.
- Develop skills in cloud platforms, data analytics, and secure coding practices.
- Work with Agile methodologies, AI/ML basics, and DevOps principles.
- Collaborate across teams to solve real-world challenges and develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in programming, automation, and networking.
- Experience or coursework in Python, REST APIs, and Cisco technologies.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, data analytics, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
- Graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or provisional degree certificate.
