Main Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Create and execute territory business plans to meet sales targets.
• Conduct face to face interactions with healthcare professionals to present Sanofi products.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and market trends.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision makers.
• Document customer interactions and insights in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Work with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts when required.

Product Knowledge and Communication

• Maintain detailed knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitors.
• Deliver clear and compliant product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Follow company compliance policies for all promotional activities.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, market dynamics, and industry developments.

Compliance and Ethics

• Ensure activities follow Sanofi policies, regulatory standards, and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and related expenses.
• Follow established procedures for reporting adverse events.
• Respect the boundaries between promotional communication and scientific engagement.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with medical teams when healthcare professionals request specialized medical information.
• Work with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Share customer insights and market feedback with internal stakeholders.
