0-2 years of procurement experience in a coordination, administrative, or operational support role for purchase orders, contracting, vendor invoices/payments. Experience in project management or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), SmartSheet, SAP (SHIFT), Coupa, Zoom.
Provide support up to 12:30 PM EST to support North America colleagues.
