The Scientific Sales Executive promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), develops relationships with key stakeholders, and contributes to achieving territory sales targets and market share growth.

Main Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Create and implement territory business plans to meet sales goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare professionals to present Sanofi products.
• Monitor and review sales metrics and market trends.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Document customer interactions and insights in the CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.

Product Knowledge and Communication

• Maintain strong knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitor activity.
• Deliver compliant and informative product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Follow regulatory and compliance standards for promotional activities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, healthcare policies, and market dynamics.

Compliance and Ethics

• Ensure all work aligns with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and related expenses.
• Follow established procedures for reporting adverse events.
• Understand and respect boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement.

Collaboration

• Work with medical teams when healthcare professionals request detailed medical information.
• Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of product information, market dynamics, and business policies is beneficial.
• B.Sc or B.Pharma preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
