Scientific Sales Executive
The Scientific Sales Executive promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and supports the growth of sales and market share. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders while ensuring product awareness and responsible promotion.
Sales and Business Development
- Create and implement territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare professionals to present and promote Sanofi products.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and review relevant market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision makers.
- Record customer interactions and insights in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Work with Key Account Managers to support strategic accounts.
Product Knowledge and Communication
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and the competitive environment.
- Deliver compliant and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Follow compliance guidelines related to promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, healthcare policies, and market dynamics.
Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure all activities follow Sanofi policies, regulatory requirements, and local laws.
- Keep accurate records of promotional activities and related expenses.
- Follow proper procedures for reporting adverse events.
- Understand the boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with medical teams when healthcare professionals request specific medical information.
- Work with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with minimal experience may apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of product, market, and business policies.
- B.Sc. or preferably B.Pharm.
- Proficiency in English.
