S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Corporate Actions (MCA) service provides a centralized and validated source of corporate action announcements covering equities, fixed income, and structured finance securities across global markets. The service supports clients by streamlining the collection, validation, and distribution of corporate action information.
The Corporate Actions Product Services team operates across India, Singapore, London, New York, and Dallas. The team is responsible for validation research, client support, onboarding of new clients, vendor coordination, quality control, and operational initiatives tied to product development.
Corporate actions research analysts monitor domestic and international corporate action announcements from their initial notice and perform thorough cleansing and validation processes.
