About the Role
The Apprentice, Data Operations team works on various research reports and company documents to collect information and generate meaningful consensus from the gathered data. This effort involves real-time monitoring of global industry trade publications, websites, and news aggregators. Different teams within the Enterprise Data Organization include Fundamentals, Private Equity, Investment Management, Filings & Sourcing, Public Ownership, and Pricing Data (Derivative, Equity), among others.

You will utilize internal and external public research sources, such as government and regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports, and internal research tools, to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality data (financial) collection, analysis, extraction, and data entry into work tools according to guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Understand the dataset's functionality, be aware of workflows, and possess strong working knowledge of work tools.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets, including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and support the team in enhancing departmental workflows and processes.
- Respond promptly to emails from coworkers and managers, demonstrating proactivity and an aptitude for new learnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates with a commerce background (BBA/BMS/BCom) from the 2026 passing year, OR PGDM/MBA specializing in Finance from the 2026 & 2027 passing years.
- Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements (24x5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Adaptability to work across all time zones.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
