About the Role
The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a fast growing global group that assists investment professionals using the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Team members develop strong industry knowledge by reviewing research reports, financial models, and related data while building technical expertise. The role also involves working with multiple internal teams including Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content.
This position is suited for individuals interested in client services within financial data and analytics. The environment is dynamic and multicultural, offering opportunities to learn quickly and solve complex client issues.
The Team
The team supports a wide range of clients such as investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies, corporates, and investment managers. Employees gain exposure to financial market workflows and collaborate with colleagues across global offices.
The role operates in a hybrid working model with two days in the office.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Develop expertise in the domain, product, and client workflows to investigate issues related to data and application logic.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients to resolve questions across Visible Alpha products.
- Escalate product, technical, or data issues to the appropriate teams with sufficient detail and within required timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation and articles for the internal knowledge base.
- Provide feedback to Product and Development teams to support scalable improvements for clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Understanding of global financial markets and company financial statements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
- Analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to think critically and handle multiple tasks in fast paced situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and also work independently when required.
