About the Role
The Enterprise Solutions team supports buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with software, data, and services across enterprise data management, investment management, lending platforms, compliance solutions, and private markets.
The team is hiring MBA apprentices across multiple product areas including Primary Markets Group (PMG), Enterprise Lending Solutions, Private Markets (iLEVEL), Counterparty Manager, and Corporate Actions. Candidates may be aligned to a specialized team based on experience and interests.
Responsibilities
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and align with business goals.
- Assist with onboarding, implementation, and documentation activities, including APIs and YAML configurations.
- Track KPIs, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Full-time MBA, PGDBA, or PGDBM graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches.
- Willingness to work in shifts between 12 PM to 9 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Interest in technology, financial services, and product development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Interest or specialization in Finance, Product Strategy, or Technology.
- Understanding of Capital Markets, Loans, Private Equity, or Investment Management.
- Exposure to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with APIs, YAML/JSON, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- CFA Level 1 or 2, FRM, or a technical undergraduate degree such as B.Tech or Computer Science is an added advantage.
