About the Role
Role: Apprentice (Enterprise Solutions)
This apprenticeship program is a skill development initiative governed by The Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in India. Participants work alongside industry professionals and gain hands-on experience on impactful projects while developing practical skills and business insights.
S&P Global is hiring fresh graduates and postgraduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches for a 12 month apprenticeship program designed to support early career growth through on-the-job learning, networking opportunities, and guided training.
The Team
Enterprise Solutions includes several teams such as Loan Platforms, MI Corporate Actions, WSO Operations, Compliance Services, Middle Office, Tax Solutions, KYC Managed Service, Cappitech (MI), Business Performance Strategy, Customer Excellence, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan Platforms: Provide platform support including onboarding new users, maintaining accounts, resolving client queries, and guiding users on platform functionality. Maintain entity identifiers and review client administrative information and tax forms.
- Managed Services: Assist with large project implementations that require strong client service and customization. Activities may include KYC onboarding and remediation, client outreach, and screening alerts for entities and related parties.
- WSO Operations: Support processing and maintenance of structured finance transactions such as loans, bonds, asset backed securities, equities, and derivatives. Ensure accurate data validation and updates in internal systems.
- MI Corporate Actions: Review corporate action announcements and research required details to validate and publish composite records for clients. Gather and verify information from prospectuses, exchange bulletins, circulars, and company websites.
- CTI Tax: Assist with tax documentation validation, account remediation, and related back office functions connected to U.S. and international tax documentation requirements.
- Middle Office: Help manage trade settlement activities and maintain relationships with clients. Provide loan settlement support while meeting operational deadlines and interacting with portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks.
