Job Description
We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Engineering & Technology team. As a GET, you will play a key role in designing and managing end-to-end international networks, ensuring robust support for global roaming, and contributing to network performance and optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and engineer international networks end-to-end
- Collaborate with device and product teams to define requirements for supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G roaming capabilities
- Validate technical requirements and network designs for seamless global roaming, covering aspects such as authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals for network deployment, upgrades, or investments, incorporating business unit insights for internal decision-making and budget planning
- Perform service provider capability assessments related to performance, coverage, and other critical metrics
- Conduct network, performance, and route analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Education Requirement
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
Experience
- Freshers eligible
