Job Summary
As part of the customer account team in Mumbai, the Junior Solution Architect collaborates with customers and helps them succeed using Red Hat products and services. The role focuses on supporting customers in building flexible operating system platforms that allow them to run workloads faster and more efficiently.
What You Will Do
In this role focused on the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, you will participate in the FASTER Program, a structured 12‑month program that builds technical knowledge, customer engagement capabilities, and industry understanding. The cohort program begins on 1 September 2026 and provides hands‑on exposure to Red Hat technologies and real customer environments.
- Learn how Red Hat supports customers in addressing technical and business challenges using the Ansible Automation Platform and systems management tools.
- Build technical expertise across Red Hat solutions including cloud, automation, and AI through structured training and certifications.
- Apply technical knowledge during customer interactions, project participation, and job‑shadowing opportunities.
- Assist experienced Solution Architects with proof‑of‑value activities such as presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot engagements.
- Develop familiarity with enterprise‑level solution architecture tools and processes.
- Support sales teams and the RHEL Business Unit by contributing to customer value, technical wins, and pipeline development.

- Technical foundation in computer science, IT, AI, or related disciplines gained through academic programs, bootcamps, or certification courses.
- Working knowledge of Linux or UNIX operating systems.
- Experience applying analytical and technical skills in enterprise IT related projects.
- Willingness to learn new technologies through self‑directed study.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand business and technical needs.
- Availability to travel to customer locations when required and work from a Red Hat office.
- Clear communication and presentation abilities with the capability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Experience with Red Hat technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
